The Safety Health and Welfare at work Act 2005 and the General Applications Regulations 2007 states that the employer should carry out a risk assessment as soon as he/she becomes aware that an employee is pregnant.

Our Pregnancy Risk Assessment (PRA) is carried out in compliance with all the legislation.

This means that we determine what hazards the pregnant woman is exposed to, how often and for how long. We then advise if further action needs to be taken.
